In our Level Up "Performance Zone" we focus on the traditional aspects of physical fitness such as body composition, strength, endurance, flexibility and core stability. This is done in a small group environment but the workouts can be personalized based on our initial client intake and assessment. While we believe strongly in the motivational aspect of training with others, a true one-on-one personal training option will be available upon request.

-Monthly package for 160.00- this includes up to three personalized but small group training session a week (that breaks down to only 13.30 a session). As a bonus, you can also take advantage of the recovery room with 4- half hour session of either the infrared sauna or compression therapy.
