Level Up Wellness Performance and Recovery is the next progression in our quest to provide the most comprehensive methods of assisting our clients reach optimum health and fitness. We are adding new Recovery methods to the general fitness and sports performance programs that began in 2004 when we formed First Team Fitness LLC. We are now doing business as Level Up Wellness Performance and Recovery to reflect our expanded focus.The new focus will include: infrared sauna w/ chromotherapy and acoustic resonance therapy,  compression and percussive massage therapies.  Level Up Wellness is now able to offer exercise, nutrition and recovery in one location. If the pandemic has taught us anything it is the importance of forging our internal armor to fight not only coronavirus but to give ourselves the opportunity to live our best lives.  Whether your goal is to look better, feel better or perform better we hope you will consider becoming a part of the Level Up Wellness community.
